The wedding of James Edwardson and Elizabeth Pile took place at St Ambrose
Church, Widnes on 28 June 1909. The photograph was taken in the garden at the
side of Bradley Cottage (left) in Albert Road. Elizabeth Pile was married from
113 Albert Road (just off the picture). In the background is Cooper Street. A
petrol filling station now occupies the site. [Bradley Cottage had previously
belonged to John Edwardson (b.1802), uncle of James Edwardson.]

marriage in December 1868.
